Bioethicist Associates

Associates of the IACB, who normally would be Catholics, should be active in bioethics or a related discipline.

Associates agree to accept the Statutes of the IACB.

The benefits of being an Associate include membership in a supportive community of peers, receiving the IACB newsletter (Herald) and being informed regularly of developments of interest to Catholic bioethicists, being invited to participate in IACB-sponsored colloquia and other collaborations in research and education, having access to Associates-only areas of the website.

Associates pay dues of US $50 ($25 for students) to the IACB beginning annually in July 2007. A reduction in the amount of annual dues can be arranged in cases of need.

Please contact the IACB secretariat for information and an application package.

St. John the Baptist, beloved patron of the IACB, pray that our minds and hearts may be open to hear and to follow the Word of God, who for our sake was made flesh and dwells amongst us still,

by the working of the Holy Spirit.

Our Lady of Lourdes, help us to grow in love and devotion to the sick and the needy,

particularly those most neglected. Amen.
