IACB International Colloquia for Bioethicists:

Praying, listening, reflecting, discussing, enjoying friendship…

The IACB fosters dialogue on emerging and controversial topics in bioethics in a prayerful and friendly milieu.  Colloquium participants review the latest developments in science and ethics, probe the basis of controversies among bioethicists, consider fresh insights, consolidate points of agreement, and identify questions to be explored. St. John the Baptist, beloved patron of the IACB, pray that our minds and hearts may be open to hear and to follow the Word of God, who for our sake was made flesh and dwells amongst us still,

by the working of the Holy Spirit.

Our Lady of Lourdes, help us to grow in love and devotion to the sick and the needy,

particularly those most neglected. Amen.
